Frequently asked questions

How long have I got to finish the course?

Most learners qualify in 5 to 9 months, studying around 10 hours a week. You've got up to 12 months in total. If something changes and you think you'll need longer, tell your tutor early rather than late. It's far easier to sort out before a deadline than after one.

How do I book my in-person workshops?

Your workshops run in real gyms with a tutor, and they're where the theory turns into coaching. To get your dates booked, speak to your course tutor and they'll sort it out with you. Get them in the diary early, because the popular dates go first.

When do I get access to Level 3?

Level 2 first, Level 3 after. You'll see Level 3 on your dashboard from day one with a padlock on it, and it opens automatically the moment you complete Level 2. 

What do I need to do to pass?

There are knowledge checks as you work through each module, and you'll need 80% to pass one. You can retake them, and the questions get shuffled each time. Beyond that there's a portfolio of evidence to build, practical assessment at your workshops, and a professional discussion with your assessor.
